My Testimony Begins...
I was three years old. My parents had not been active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for years. A friend of their's invited them to go to church. I remember vividly my mom taking me to Primary. I wasn't scared, just curious. As we entered the doors to the primary room, I remember feeling a wonderful warmth that started in the center of my body and moved through me. As I watched a woman in the front of the room lead the children in a song, I felt a sense of love and belonging. I remember sitting in those small Primary chairs as I first heard the song, "I Am a Child of God". I knew what I was hearing was true! I was a child of God, and He loved me! My testimony started there, in that little Primary room. Not once since that moment have I ever doubted... this is truly the Gospel of Christ!
